Hey lovely lot 💖

We’ve been soaking up the sunshine (and the serotonin) lately with the start of our outdoor sessions, and wow—what a difference it’s made! Whether you’ve been kicking a ball around, chilling on the grass, or just enjoying the fresh air, it’s been such a joy to see everyone relax and connect in new ways.


You’re creating something really special here—just by showing up and being yourselves.


🌞 Group Highlights


🌿 We’ve gone outside! We’ve officially started using our gorgeous outdoor area—and it’s been a game changer. Think: soft green grass, space to stretch out, and even a basketball/football pitch for the sporty types (or those who like to just stand around and chat with a ball at their feet 😄).


🪑 Sit, chill, connect The seating area has become the new unofficial hangout spot—perfect for quiet chats, journaling, or just enjoying some peace.


🎲 New outdoor games – yay! We’ve been gifted some fab outdoor games, and they’ve already brought so much laughter. From giant Jenga to lawn games, there's something for everyone—whether you’re feeling competitive or just want to giggle and spectate.


🌼 Kind Reminder You don’t have to be “on” all the time. It’s okay to just show up and be. Quiet days, chatty days, wobbly days—they all belong here.
